This time, I’ve been finishing the precast concrete.
Despite the fact that other contractors have repaired it with general repair materials, the part stands out badly, so it is a request to make it look beautiful.
Before repair
First, use a Level Grinding Wheel #80 to flatten the unshavings of the finishing material.
Convenient for removing excess material without scratching the part of concrete.
Proceed as follows
Completion of flattening → Cleaning → Pinholes treatment (Repair Resin) →
Scraping off excess material → C Repair Lining → Spraying color → Patterning
For spraying, select C Repair Color #2 (gray) as the base color,
Fine-tune the color with Tone colors (black and yellow)
Tips:
When spraying over a wide area, spray marks tend to become streaks, so spray evenly from a distance.
(Example: spray not only horizontally but also vertically)
If there is no discomfort after spraying, the repair is completed with a natural pattern.
After repair
This time, there was a question from an employee of the customer’s company about spraying, so I will introduce it.
Q, “Is it better to spray until the base completely disappears?”
A. It depends on the situation, but even if the base does not disappear completely, if the pattern is applied and the feeling of discomfort disappears, it will be more natural if the base is slightly transparent.
