This time, I will explain in detail how to make a foundation for small concrete repairs.

Before repair

First, remove the parts that are likely to be chipped with a hammer or the like, and then remove the dust with a wire brush or blower.

Notes :

If there is dust or dirt on the adhesive surface, it may come off easily, so be careful.

Apply primer and apply Repair Resin or resin mortor slightly higher than the finished surface.

Notes:

It is an image of intentionally applying high and scraping after hardening to align the surfaces.

This will give you a flatter, cleaner surface.

Therefore, it is not necessary to apply neatly at the stage of applying, and it is a waste of time and effort to press down with a trowel many times.

When hardening starts and the surface of the repelling becomes whitish, scrape off excess material with a scraper.

Notes:

If the area to be repaired is wide or if resin mortar is used, scraping it off with a grinder will give a cleaner finish.

After it is completely dry, apply C Repair Lining 1-2 times to create a glossy feel and blur the boundary lines.

After drying, remove excess lining material with a scraper or #600 paper to eliminate borders as much as possible.

Notes:

By erasing the edge (boundary line) between the apply Lining and non-Lining parts, the boundary line will not stand out when C Repair Color is sprayed.

The important point is to create a base that can be sprayed as thinly as possible.

After the foundation is completed, spray the toned C Repair Color repeatedly, and if the foundation disappears and the base color matches, it is OK.

Rub the entire surface with #600 paper to give it a glossy look.

After that, add a pattern to copy the surrounding pattern, and if it blends in without discomfort, you’re done.

After repair

This time, it is a report that focuses on the points up to the groundwork.

This is also common to other honeycombs and etc,,,
