One of the most frequently asked questions from our customers is “finishing and repairing concrete dirt floors”.
for example,,,
・During the pouring of concrete, it was hit by rain and the surface became rough.
・A cat left footprints while curing after placing concrete.
・Even though it was poured on the same day, there was uneven color like stains on the surface.
・The trowel is not in time and some trowel marks are severe.
etc···
I think it’s really difficult because the concrete dirt floor placement is a one-shot game that can’t be redone.
The case I would like to introduce this time is “color unevenness” of unknown cause.
↑ Completely dry.
I was watching the situation for about 4 months after pouring to see if the color would blend in as it dried.
However, since it did not change at all, I decided to paint the entire surface.
↓It looks bluish in the photo, but it’s the lighting. (See below for photos taken at a later date.)
↑ I was able to reproduce the broom pattern as it is, and it was beautifully revived.
A feature of this construction,,,
① The construction period is completed in one day.
*1 Vehicles can be entered 4 hours after construction is complete
*2 Excludes cases where base preparation is required.
②Dust-proof, anti-fouling, reinforced top coat prevents tire marks and dirt from sticking.
③ Low cost.
④ Easy construction and color adjustment.
If you don’t need to repair the groundwork, it will be completed in one day.
In addition, although it is a 4-layer coating, anyone can easily repair it if they get the hang of it.
↓Unfortunately it was raining, but I passed by the other day so I took a picture.
