This time it’s a concrete dirt floor repair.

Improved drainage around rounded areas. → Raise the lower part.

A common pattern is that a cement-based repair material is applied thinly and peels off or cracks.

So we use resin mortar.

[Main materials used]

・Resin Mortar (Main material for raising)

・Primer (Use as glue)

Repair Resin 45min white (Mixed with silica sand No. 5 and used for surface finishing)

Royal W21 admixture (Strengthen by mixing with Repair Resin (Water: 3, Royal W21: 1))

In order to increase the adhesive strength, make a cut with a cutter at the part where the thickness is 0 mm.

Next, dig in a little with chipping, and after cleaning, apply Primer firmly.

Before Primer dries, apply Resin mortar slightly higher.

Height is equal. Functionally, it’s OK, but it doesn’t look good if it’s left as it is, so we are going to match the surface texture and color.

Since it’s a floor with brush finish, I’m going to apply it with Repair Resin 45min White + Silica Sand No. 5 + Royal W21 admixture.

The color doesn’t match, but the texture matches.

After that, we will make fine adjustments repeatedly.

Complete.

There is no need to worry about peeling or cracking, and there is no problem with functionality.
