This time, we have repaired the steps that were created during the concrete casting process.

The depth is about 10 to 30 mm at the part where crosspieces were laid.

Before repair

After polishing the area around the step with a Level Grinding Wheel #36 , make a base with quick-drying, non-shrinking mortar.

After the non-shrinking mortar hardens, smooth the surface with Repair Resin.

Once the base is done, cure the surroundings and spray C Repair Color with color adjustment.

It was reddish-brown with rust around it, so I used C Repair Color #6 Dark Yellow as a base, added Tone Color yellow and red, and added a few drops of black.

After drying, use a Patter Pad to create slightly darker reddish-brown and black patterns, and pat them to connect the rust-colored stains.

It is complete when it fits in with the surroundings and there is no sense of incongruity.

(Required time: about 30 minutes, work locations: 20 locations)

After repaired

Tips:

It is to spray the C Repair Color wider than the repaired area, and color it so that the rust color is reproduced and connected in the same way as the surrounding rust-colored stains.

By doing so, the finish will blend in with the surroundings.
