Concrete surface peeling
Doesn’t the thin skin on the flattened surface of concrete peel off?
There are various causes, but in this case, the temperature is insufficient during curing.
It was repaired because it did not affect the strength of the structure.

The thin skin is peeled off and the whole is rough.
First, remove the fragile part with a Level Grinding Wheel #36, and then grind the entire surface.
Unlike a diamond cup, it can be grinded without damaging the base too much.

Peel off cleanly, and when a flat surface appears to some extent, carefully clean the dust. and,,,
① Sprinkle “Royal W21” diluted solution (3-5 times) as a primer.
② Softly knead “Repair Resin #45” and apply on the entire surface with a trowel.(With the image that the material remains only in the recessed part)
③ Remove excess material, burrs, and unevenness.
④ “C Repair Color #6” sprayed on the entire surface 3 to 4 times.
⑤ “Tone Color black/yellow” Create 4 different shades of color and add a pattern.

Normally, only the repaired part repels water, but with our product, the repaired part is not noticeable because it gets wet as well as the surroundings.
